About the Role

VF Corporation is seeking a Retail Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in London, UK. This role focuses on building retail teams across the UK by recruiting talent for various store roles. The recruiter will be responsible for screening and interviewing candidates, supporting hiring needs, and engaging in sourcing and employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is people-focused, service-driven, and passionate about recruitment, relationship building, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Partner with Store Managers, District Managers, and the Talent Acquisition team to assess talent requirements and advise on hiring strategies.
Support stores in managing the hiring process to ensure speed and a positive candidate experience.
Utilize various techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed CV database, offline sourcing, and referrals, to find and attract passive talent.
Effectively manage time and resources, providing regular updates to business partners with data and market insights.
Conduct behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience at every stage.

Requirements

Experience recruiting for retail roles, ideally across the UK and/or Italy.
Experience managing high-volume requisitions and candidates throughout the entire lifecycle.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to achieve goals with teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work across different countries and cultures with a high level of diversity.
Fluency in English; any other European language is a plus.
An open mind and curiosity to innovate in a challenging market.
