About the Role

As a Practice Host, you will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience within the practice. Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and their pets with a warm smile and cheerful attitude.
  • Make everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Schedule appointments, send reminders, and manage the practice calendar.
  • Provide clients with information about services, treatments, and products.
  • Assist pet owners with bookings, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
  • Help clients understand treatment plans and follow-up care instructions.
  • Handle pet-related inquiries with empathy and expertise.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Keep client records organised and confidential.
  • Process payments and manage billing with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians, nurses, and other team members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Assist with clinic events, promotions, and community outreach activities.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide creative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and clinic efficiency.
