About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring student data integrity in a large school district, providing thought leadership and expertise to manage student information flow and reporting from various internal systems and educational applications.
Responsibilities
- Validate, maintain, and generate reporting on student data
- Coordinate presentations and training for staff on programs and procedures used for student data maintenance
- Produce process and procedural documentation
- Produce status/activity reports on a regular basis
- Manage/coordinate projects (e.g., school year rollover within SIS)
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience managing Student Information Systems (eSchool+ preferred), and working with educational technology
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skillset (especially Excel)
- Strong telephone presence to assist end users, and help them navigate various applications
- Knowledge/experience with Office 365
