About the Role

Responsibilities

• Support in the technical planning of heat pumps.
• Assist in creating technical concepts, parts lists, performance specifications, and standardized planning documents.
• Support quality assurance and installation monitoring.
• Assist in coordinating customer projects from order confirmation to project completion.
• Communicate and coordinate with trade partners and the Customer Success Team.
• Support timeline management by overseeing ongoing projects and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon deadlines.
• Take on own tasks and projects with increasing responsibility.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in a technical field such as Renewable Energies, Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a comparable discipline.
• Interest in heat pumps, renewable energies, and technical contexts.
• Ideally, some prior exposure to heat pumps, technical planning, or technical drawings (though not essential).
• Willingness to learn new topics and digital tools.
• Structured, reliable, and independent work style with a proactive approach.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1).
