About the Role
As an organizational interface, you will coordinate innovation and AI projects, monitor progress, and ensure smooth operations through meaningful reporting and structured project management. You will drive the implementation of our AI strategy and support the introduction of new technologies and innovative future projects. From idea to evaluation, you will develop test scenarios for new AI solutions, analyze results, and prepare findings for the target audience. You will make a significant contribution to AI enablement in the firm through formats like our Copilot Quick Bites, answering inquiries, and active knowledge transfer throughout the company. In close exchange with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and product providers, you will advise on the optimal use of our digital solutions and promote their successful application. You will also be responsible for the operational support and continuous development of our legal tech products and support their sustainable establishment within the firm.

Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Business Law, Digital Business, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in project management and strong organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for digital innovations and Artificial Intelligence.
- Proficient in modern AI tools and Microsoft Office.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot is ideal.
- Technical understanding, strong communication skills, and very good German and good English language skills.
