About the Role
In this role, you will take responsibility for innovative products and projects, drive our AI strategy, and significantly shape the digital transformation of our law firm. We are looking for you for our Innovation Team in Berlin as a working student in Innovation Management (m/f/d) part-time (20 hours per week)!
Responsibilities
- Make Legal Tech and AI tangible in practice: Support the management of our Legal Tech products and accompany their successful establishment in daily law firm operations.
- Maintain an overview and create transparency: Contribute to successful project management through documentation of ongoing projects and preparation of progress and results.
- Share knowledge and promote innovation: Whether Copilot Quick Bites, coordinating inquiries, or exchanging information on AI applications – actively support the expansion of AI competencies within the firm.
- Connect people and technologies: In exchange with colleagues, clients, and external partners, accompany the introduction of digital solutions and support their successful use.
- Shape the future: Gain exciting insights into the digital transformation of a modern employment law boutique, from contributing to our AI strategy and accompanying innovation projects to testing new AI solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Project Management, or a comparable field, with at least four more semesters remaining.
- First experiences in project management and a structured, self-reliant, and reliable way of working.
- Enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, new technologies, and innovative work methods; willingness to learn and openness to new things are key, not deep technical prior knowledge.
- Technical understanding, a hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Very good German language skills, good English language skills, and proficient use of Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or comparable AI tools is welcome.
