About the Role
Provide on-site front of house and resident engagement support to the property management and leasing team. Responsible for delivering a first-class resident experience, including administration, compliance, events, social media, and liaising with residents, visitors, and the local community. Build effective relationships with residents to enhance community spirit, with a focus on driving exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service to residents, acting as the first point of contact for all residents and visitors.
- Organize and host monthly resident events and initiatives to enhance community engagement.
- Engage with residents and facilitate resident-led events and quarterly meet and greets.
- Manage social media accounts and curate engaging content.
- Manage amenity space hiring.
- Organize and run tenant services via third parties and in-house.
- Ensure up-to-date resident communication through various channels, including social media.
- Seek special offers and discounts for residents from local businesses.
- Create a community feel through communication, events, and innovations.
- Collaborate with property management and leasing teams for ad hoc support, including handling tenant inquiries and assisting with pre and post-tenancy processes.
- Support the tenancy administration and property management teams as required.
- Work with the wider team to ensure Health & Safety statutory requirements are met across the development.
- Sign in/out contractors and handle keys.
- Prepare welcome goodie bags for new tenants.
- Check keys received from checked-out tenants.
- Monitor, manage, and distribute emails from the site inbox.
