Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of a Germany-wide workplace experience strategy in a peer team with Karlsruhe, and preparation of the region for future globalization.
- Analysis of employee feedback and data-driven optimization of space utilization and area efficiency.
- Standardization of workplace processes across all German locations and co-design of the AI and digitalization roadmap for the department.
- Promotion of an inclusive corporate culture and independent planning and execution of team events and after-work formats.
- Central point of contact for all employees regarding office everyday life, coordination of the local office and reception team, and organization of internal relocations.
- Selection, performance review, and quality assurance of external service providers (e.g., cleaning, catering, building technology).
- Ensuring occupational safety and security standards, and coordination of training, fire safety, and emergency protocols.
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Facility or Hospitality Management) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Office Management, Facility Management, or Hospitality/Guest Relations.
- Experience in standardizing supra-regional processes, building operations, modern workplace design, and project and service management.
- Strong digital affinity and keen interest in AI tools and process automation in the workplace sector.
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
