About the Role
As part of the operations team, you will ensure the smooth operation of a modern power plant site. This is a permanent position with no travel required, offering the stability of a large corporation combined with the working atmosphere of a medium-sized company.
Responsibilities
- Record and evaluate operational data.
- Independently identify, assess, and resolve faults in power plant systems.
- Monitor inspection deadlines and dates.
- Control and accept work performed by external service providers.
- Prepare and independently carry out maintenance, servicing, and repair work.
- Assist with the procurement of spare parts and monitor inventory levels.
- Participate in on-call duty after intensive training.
- Provide technical guidance and support to apprentices.
Requirements
- Completed training as an Electronics Technician for Plant and Systems Engineering, Energy Systems Electronics Technician, or equivalent qualification.
- Entry-level candidates and experienced professionals are welcome.
- Initial experience in operating industrial plants, preferably in a power plant environment or with boiler systems, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using common IT systems and MS Office 365.
- German language skills at B2 level or higher.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty.
- Independent, structured, and reliable work approach.
