About the Role

Securitas is seeking two security employees (m/f/d) for driving services at locations in Berlin Wedding, Reinickendorf, Pankow, and Lichtenberg. The role involves varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, ensuring the safety and security of residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Performing driving services within the residential portfolio.
• Opening and closing apartments, basements, and other rooms.
• Conducting inspection tours in residential complexes and buildings.
• Checking apartments and properties for potential emergencies, damages, or technical malfunctions.
• Documenting irregularities and forwarding them to the responsible departments.
• Assisting in emergencies and short-term deployments.
• Ensuring traffic safety and order in the supervised properties.

Requirements

• Driver's license Class B required.
• Reliable and independent work style.
• Sense of responsibility and careful handling.
• Friendly and confident demeanor towards tenants and service providers.
• Good spoken and written German skills.

Skills

• Basic technical understanding is an advantage.
