About the Role

As a working student in SharePoint, Automation & AI, you will shape the digital future of the energy industry. You will gain practical experience in the Microsoft 365 environment and actively contribute to digital collaboration within the Digitalization & Quality Assurance team in Customer & Partner Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SharePoint environment within Microsoft 365.
• Build, maintain, and optimize SharePoint sites, teamsites, and communication platforms.
• Develop and establish best practices for using SharePoint Online.
• Administer user groups, permissions, and access rights.
• Support governance, structuring, and documentation tasks.
• Advise and support specialist departments on SharePoint-related questions and knowledge transfer.
• Identify and implement optimization potentials.
• Support the introduction and further development of Microsoft Copilot.
• Create guides, training materials, and best practices for AI applications.
• Analyze and evaluate new AI use cases in the corporate environment.
• Support the automation of business processes with Microsoft 365 and AI technologies.
• Conduct research and tests on new AI features and innovations.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable degree program.
• Interest in digital technologies, data & document management, and the application possibilities of Artificial Intelligence.
• Practical experience with SharePoint Online in Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge in the administration of SharePoint sites and permissions.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Good analytical thinking skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Enjoy understanding requirements and developing practical solutions together with users.
• Confident communication with various stakeholders and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
