About the Role
Hydra Pure Group is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join their team as Home Services Representatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, want to develop new skills, and are looking for a long-term career with advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Educate customers about water quality, water treatment, and indoor air quality solutions
- Schedule complimentary in-home water and air quality consultations
- Assist with customer inquiries and help identify their home service needs
- Represent Hydra Pure Group professionally within the community
- Build positive relationships with customers and prospective customers
- Help homeowners make informed decisions about improving their home's indoor environment
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
- Work closely with our customer service, sales, and installation teams
