About the Role

This role is for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team. You will be responsible for generating and maintaining client relationships, following up on leads, and providing exceptional client care.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain client relationships and business.
• Maximise in-branch opportunities.
• Follow up on leads generated by the Estate Agency team.
• Maximise value from each client.
• Generate own leads and business.
• Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director.
• Ensure an efficient process for the client.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end.
• Go above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.

Requirements

• Must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
• Must provide evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport/Birth Certificate).
• Must provide Proof of Address.
• Must provide National Insurance details.
• Must provide Full UK Driving Licence.

Salary/Compensations

• On target earnings of £40000 to £60000+ per year
• £22,000 - £28,000 Basic salary
