About the Role
We are seeking a Reception Manager to be the welcoming face of our group, known for its warm hospitality. This role involves managing reservations for a busy London restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading the reception team.
Responsibilities
- Manage reservations for a busy restaurant in London
- Exceed guest expectations at all times
- Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
- Collate and use guest data appropriately to enhance future visits
- Positively lead reception teams and support them through regular training
- Hire, train, and motivate a team
- Communicate effectively and clearly at all times
- Maximize revenue by controlling customer flow and table management
- Respond to guest queries with excellent written English
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing reservations for a busy restaurant in London
- Excellent knowledge of Sevenrooms Reservations system
- Confident and warm communication with team and guests
- Strong team ethic showing respect for colleagues
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry and your own development is a must
