Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks to a high standard.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Provide friendly, welcoming, and attentive customer service.
• Assist customers with menu queries and make recommendations.
• Keep the coffee station, counter, and customer areas clean, organised, and well stocked.
• Work efficiently as part of the team to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy periods.
