About the Role

Securitas is seeking multiple security employees (m/f/d) with at least a 34a certification for positions in Berlin-Neukölln & Berlin-Oberschöneweide. This role involves ensuring the safety of people and requires flexibility for 24/7 shift work.

Responsibilities

• Access control and monitoring of people traffic
• Reception of visitors and guests
• Key management
• Issuance/programming of passes
• Patrol duty including fire prevention monitoring
• Inspection of systems and facilities for damage and irregularities
• Handling MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Operation of security technology
• Creation of visitor passes
• Monitoring of technical systems and initiating interventions for malfunctions
• Communication with clients in German and English

Requirements

• Security knowledge according to §34a GewO or higher (e.g., IHK Certified Security and Guarding Specialist)
• Good German language skills (spoken and written)
• Good English language skills (spoken and written, B1)
• Technical knowledge is a must
• Experience in reception/front desk is an advantage
• Fire safety assistant certification is desirable
• First aid course is desirable
• Impeccable police clearance certificate
• High degree of responsibility and service orientation
• Time flexibility with willingness for shift work

Salary/Compensations

• €17.45 - €18.90 per hour
• Over-tariff pay according to BDSW collective agreement
