About the Role

Join our team to help create a modern and future-proof Berlin administration by advancing digitalization. We are seeking support for the Communications Services department for a temporary 1.5-year period as a Parental Leave Replacement for a Planner (m/f/d) for UCC Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementation, and further development of our Unified Communications & Collaborations Services (e.g., telephony).
  • Creation and execution of test concepts to meet defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Updating existing technical concepts and documentation, as well as automating the deployment of our UCC services.
  • Participation in projects for the further development of our UCC services.
  • Collaboration with clients and internal/external stakeholders to provide technical recommendations and continuously improve our UCC services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills.
  • Proven, in-depth knowledge and experience in planning and configuring Unified Communications and Collaboration systems (including softphones) in cloud or on-premise environments (e.g., MS Teams or Rainbow).
  • Good knowledge and experience with VoIP, SIP, RSVP, or WebRTC and their application in UCC solutions.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in creating, applying, and evaluating test concepts and test specifications, as well as analyzing test results and deriving suitable optimizations.
  • German language skills at C1 GER level.
  • Willingness to undergo an extended security check (SÜ 2) according to § 11 of the Berlin Security Check Act (BSÜG).
