About the Role
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead digitalization and KHZG projects within our operations management department. This role is crucial for driving the holistic transformation and digitalization of our clinic.
Responsibilities
- Planning and monitoring project budgets, analyzing cost deviations, and regular reporting on budget development.
- Managing projects, including those under KHZG, from conception to sustainable implementation, taking on operational and strategic leadership.
- Project planning, including creating roadmaps and project structures.
- Project control, monitoring milestones using agile (Kanban) and classic methods.
- Coordinating and communicating with external service providers and funding agencies.
- Managing requirements from specialist departments and coordinating with IT and external service providers.
- Conducting evaluations and providing evidence to third parties, especially the funding agency.
- Regular reporting to management.
- Shaping digitalization and holistic transformation (change management).
Requirements
- Completed degree in IT, Business Administration, Health Management, or a comparable qualification.
- Sound experience in implementing KHZG projects and other IT projects.
- Good basic knowledge of IT infrastructures, cloud technologies, or software architecture.
- Proficient use of project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Trello.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Confident demeanor and enjoyment of collaboration with various specialist departments.
- Ability to translate complex technical content into understandable terms for laypeople.
