About the Role
Ravelin is seeking a high-performing individual to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth targets via channel partners in the NORAM + LATAM region. This role will spearhead efforts to maximize revenue and growth through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and integrators.
- Lead sales calls and product demonstrations of the Ravelin suite on behalf of channel partners.
- Identify, engage, and qualify net new opportunities within channel partners according to the Ravelin ICP framework.
- Execute commercialization, pricing, and negotiation strategies via channel partners.
- Provide partners with necessary resources, training, and support to effectively sell Ravelin's products or services.
- Track channel performance in the region, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build, maintain, and report on pipeline growth to achieve/exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Plan and lead regional initiatives within NORAM + LATAM, acting as the Ravelin solutions representative with partners, including roundtables and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, integrations, marketing, client ops, and leadership to ensure alignment, support, and consideration of capacity constraints.
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel sales or partner management.
- Ability to demonstrate success through winning deals and a structured approach to pipeline growth.
- Understanding of complexities and ability to navigate a solution-focused sell to large organizations.
- Ability to demonstrate a complex solution through a guided sales demo, with a focus on prospect engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute channel strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Spanish language skills are a nice to have.
- Understanding of Payment Fraud (preferred but not required).
