About the Role
You will be one of our first growth hires, owning the creator channel. This involves selecting creators, defining offers, shaping content, and connecting these efforts to signups and revenue. You will learn from an external agency before taking over and scaling the program, working directly with the founder.
Responsibilities
- Find and recruit creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube (musicians, producers, AI and video creators).
- Facilitate creator publishing through briefs, concepts, challenges, and campaigns.
- Test and optimize incentives (flat fees, free credits, affiliate commissions, bonuses, competitions).
- Recruit and activate high-potential affiliates.
- Foster a community among creators, moving beyond one-off deals.
- Track performance metrics including traffic, signups, revenue, and CAC, and scale successful initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years in creator, influencer, affiliate, or growth marketing.
- Proven experience in personally recruiting and managing creators.
- Strong instincts for short-form content and understanding of viral potential.
- Focus on business metrics like signups, revenue, and CAC.
- Highly organized to manage multiple creator relationships and campaigns.
- Proactive and independent, capable of taking ownership after initial training.
- Genuine interest in music, AI, and internet culture.
- Must live in Berlin or be willing to relocate.
