About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple brands, managing a portfolio with diverse challenges and objectives. Success depends on both technical and soft skills, particularly in integrating with key stakeholders across brand, creative, and insight functions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an audience-led paid digital roadmap in collaboration with the Paid Media Manager, aligned with brand ambitions.
- Understand creative goals and long-term ambitions with brand teams, translating them into digital channel briefs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across various business teams, emphasizing overcommunication to identify opportunities for overdelivery.
- Engage with the ecommerce team as a key partner to achieve shared targets, with expectations to present in weekly trade meetings and lead trade communications.
- Provide daily support to the media agency, including on-the-spot sign-off and decision-making for investments.
- Report on paid digital marketing performance and collaborate with the marketing agency to ensure actions are implemented.
- Work with agencies to maintain and execute the roadmap, maximizing returns and informing internal stakeholders about long-term test ambitions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer experience continuity into the onsite journey and alignment on experiments.
- Attend key meetings quarterly through travel between offices.
- Be available to come into the office up to 4 days a week on occasion, with 3 days being a consistent requirement.
Requirements

- Have a basic understanding of marketing metrics, techniques, and principles (through education, self-learning, or previous placements).
