About the Role

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Planning to join our Sales Strategy and Operations team. This role will drive sales planning strategy, processes, and innovations to scale Go-to-Market (GTM) operations for international market growth. You will lead high-impact initiatives in a cross-functional environment, solve complex challenges, and gain exposure to senior executives. Responsibilities

Lead analyses supporting annual and quarterly planning cycles, revenue targets, headcount allocation, quota modeling, segmentation, and coverage design.
Own analytics and develop tools/models for annual planning cycles, including territory planning and quota allocation.
Translate long-term business strategy into executable GTM plans.
Assess key performance metrics, create deep-dive analyses, and identify opportunities to elevate the sales organization.
Build QBR and other executive-facing materials.
Develop impactful dashboards, reports, and presentations with actionable insights for business health and growth opportunities.
Work closely with operational teams to translate GTM plans into action, ensuring seamless implementation and process improvements.
Challenge the status quo to identify innovative ways to achieve business outcomes.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in sales strategy and operations, strategy consulting, analytics, investment banking, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Advanced analytical skills with fluency in tools and ability to analyze and synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
Superb organizational and project management skills with a focus on prioritization and attention to detail.
A growth mindset and a relentless drive for excellence and innovation.
Prior experience in forecasting, territory planning, TAM and account propensity analysis is a plus.
Experience in the high-tech industry, preferably in hyper-growth, cloud-based technology businesses is a plus.
