About the Role

Requirements

• Experience in startup environments, helping navigate ambiguity and drive early-stage product development.
• Strong technical proficiency in software development, enabling effective problem-solving and innovation.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility, but at the core a software engineer.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in an agile environment, ensuring rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and guide strategic decisions.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, from ideation to deployment and beyond.
• Proficiency in modern development tools and methodologies to streamline the engineering workflow.
