About the Role

Version 1 is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive Agile or Hybrid projects forward on time, to budget, and with the best quality. This role involves actively establishing, building, and maturing relationships with new customers, delivering effectively, and creating new opportunities. You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and management, conducting weekly overview and delivery assurance meetings, and performing standard Delivery Manager duties including project scope, detailed project work-plan, RAID analysis, governance, documentation, and risk management.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical project delivery
Successfully led difficult technical projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies
Proven track record facilitating Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams
Experience coaching teams on Agile practices and driving continuous improvement
Specific knowledge in technology domain and/or industry vertical
Experience working within GDS
Digital Transformation project experience
Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution abilities
Strong stakeholder management across diverse audiences
Ability to influence without direct authority
Clear, concise written and verbal communication
Comfortable presenting to C-level executives

Skills

Agile & Project Management Expertise
Expert facilitation of all Agile ceremonies with ability to adapt to team needs
Strong experience with Agile metrics analysis and process optimization
Proven ability to scale Agile practices across multiple workstreams
Experience managing dependencies and coordinating cross-team sprints
Skilled at backlog management, user story refinement, and acceptance criteria definition
Track record of improving team velocity and delivery predictability
Experience with Agile tools and reporting (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
