About the Role
As a Nursery Assistant at our Cobham nursery, you will work with a supportive and passionate team to create a unique outdoor learning environment, providing children with the opportunity to thrive. We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate outdoor play and learning in all weather.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.
- Respond to the needs of the children.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and positive team culture.
- Build strong parent partnerships.
Requirements
- No Early Years qualification is required.
