About the Role
Join Hill Group's Social Value team in London as a Trainee Social Value & Community Coordinator. You will support project social value commitments, maintain customer and resident partnerships, and ensure high standards in social value delivery. This role includes working towards a Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification in Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Support social value delivery across projects in London.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Value & Community Manager to facilitate social value projects with identified partners.
- Provide administrative support to the Social Value & Community Managers, including data input, drafting newsletters, and reports.
- Assist site teams with resident queries and communications.
Requirements
- Maths & English Grade C at Level 3 for the apprenticeship qualification.
- Willingness to travel regularly across project sites in London, and occasionally outside London to attend team meetings.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
