About the Role

Lead the advancement of IT infrastructure and business systems for a leading telecommunications and technology group in Japan. This role supports business growth through technology and data by optimizing IT investments, strengthening resilience, and driving digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Manage project progress, risks, and challenges for critical IT projects.
• Identify and resolve project bottlenecks and escalate issues as needed.
• Gain visibility into IT spending and formulate plans for optimization and reduction based on ROI.
• Monitor software licenses and SaaS usage to eliminate waste and consolidate resources.
• Collect and analyze data on IT asset management and project progress.
• Create dashboards and generate reports on IT investment status and resilience.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and the IT department to implement IT strategies.
• Coordinate IT requirements across the company.
• Lead projects to streamline internal operations and reduce workload using AI and automation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience (PM or PMO roles).
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Work experience in the IT and telecommunications industries (desired).
• Project experience across various industries and business functions (desired).
