About the Role

As our Workplace Manager, you’ll shape the physical environments where our culture comes to life, blending operations, hospitality, and community-building to create high-functioning and deeply human spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end experience of our Gigs Hubs & Pads in Berlin, London, Amsterdam, New-York and San Francisco, ensuring operational excellence, a welcoming atmosphere, and alignment with brand and culture.
  • Build and manage vendor relationships for facilities and food, balancing quality, cost, and experience.
  • Design and scale processes for space usability, including bookings, access, inventory, and tech setup.
  • Partner with People Ops and Founders Office teams to shape the role of in-person work within our remote-flexible model.
  • Drive community building through informal gatherings, milestone celebrations, and fostering belonging.
  • Support logistics for company-wide offsites and executive meetings, including venue sourcing and experience creation.
  • Influence future workplace strategy, including potential expansion into new locations.
  • Champion sustainability, accessibility, and inclusivity in all physical space initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing workplace operations or employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Ability to think beyond logistics and understand how space shapes culture, creativity, and connection.
  • Organized, proactive, with a bias for action, comfortable with both hands-on tasks and strategic thinking.
  • Strong hospitality instincts, attention to detail, and a service mindset.
  • Natural collaborator able to work across time zones and functions with clarity and warmth.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and small-scale projects.
  • Thrive in high-ownership environments, with a drive to build and improve experiences.
  • Clear, concise, and thoughtful communication skills.
  • Based in Berlin and open to travel across locations.
  • Comfortable working outside of regular nine-to-five hours.
