About the Role

CP One Japan is seeking a Strategic Talent Partner to lead projects related to operational and systemic changes. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth implementation and operation, managing incentive calculations, gathering and analyzing data, and creating presentations to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Planning, promoting, and managing progress for projects related to operations and systemic changes.
• Coordinating, communicating, and reaching agreements with related departments and stakeholders.
• Managing and calculating incentive programs.
• Gathering, researching, and analyzing internal and external information.
• Maintaining and improving data management and reporting infrastructure.
• Providing data analysis and insights for project promotion and decision-making.
• Creating presentation materials, reports, and proposals for management and internal stakeholders.
• Planning and executing measures for improving business processes and operational efficiency.
• Participating in and leading ad-hoc projects necessary for achieving organizational and business goals.
