About the Role

As a flexible support role, you will assist colleagues in various branches within the Berlin or Potsdam region. This involves providing sensitive guidance to pet owners regarding our unique services, understanding their needs, and accompanying them through their grief and farewell process. You will also handle the transportation of deceased pets from private homes or veterinary practices, manage administrative tasks like order logging and urn storage organization, and schedule pick-up appointments. Additionally, you will provide phone support and consultation to pet owners.

Responsibilities

  • Support colleagues in branches within the Berlin or Potsdam region.
  • Provide sensitive guidance to pet owners regarding services.
  • Understand and receive pet owners' wishes.
  • Accompany pet owners during their grief and farewell process.
  • Transport deceased pets from private homes or veterinary practices.
  • Log orders in the system.
  • Organize storage of urns and ashes.
  • Schedule pick-up appointments.
  • Provide phone consultation and support to pet owners.
  • Participate in a shift model and on-call rotations.

Requirements

  • Reside in one of the mentioned regions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within these locations.
  • Love for animals and genuine empathy for grieving pet owners.
  • Comfortable handling deceased animals.
  • Structured and independent work style.
  • Possession of a Class B driver's license.
  • Friendly demeanor with good manners and a neat appearance.
  • Open to career changers, especially from service or (animal) medical fields.
