About the Role
As an Assistant, you will support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects. Key responsibilities may include active sourcing and mentoring trainees and working students.
Responsibilities
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, creating minutes, and maintaining personnel files.
- Ensure smooth applicant management, including communication with candidates, scheduling, and system maintenance.
- Conduct active sourcing for specific vacancies by approaching potential candidates on LinkedIn.
- Mentor trainees and working students, including conducting feedback sessions, planning schedules, and managing exam registrations.
- Participate in various HR-related projects and contribute ideas for optimizing and digitizing HR processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Office Management, Personnel Services, Industrial Clerk).
- Ideally, initial professional experience in HR.
- Team player with a reliable and structured work approach.
- Enjoys working on projects and driving ideas forward.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Very good German language skills.
- Knowledge of Personio is an advantage.
