About the Role
As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for coordination, documentation, and organizational tasks to support the product management team, allowing them to focus on strategy, discovery, and delivery. You will coordinate tasks, deadlines, and dependencies for software releases, research new tools, maintain team documentation, assist with product demos, organize internal meetings, and manage small internal projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and dependencies for software releases.
- Undertake recurring release tasks.
- Research new tools and relevant topics, preparing findings for informed decision-making.
- Keep team documentation, templates, and process descriptions up-to-date and well-structured.
- Support the preparation and recording of product demos.
- Organize internal meetings, document decisions and next steps, and ensure follow-up on agreed tasks.
- Independently manage and advance smaller internal projects.
Requirements
- Possess a commercial or administrative apprenticeship, a relevant degree, or a comparable qualification.
- Have at least two years of experience in team assistance, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner.
- Maintain an overview of multiple parallel tasks and deadlines, consistently following up on open items to completion.
- Quickly grasp information and structure it meaningfully.
- Communicate clearly, bindingly, and professionally.
- Have an interest in software products and a desire to learn about technical and product-related contexts.
- Possess very good English skills, both written and spoken.
