About the Role

This role supports APRA and ASIC regulatory obligations, maintains compliance processes, and provides guidance to the business. Responsibilities include managing the compliance management framework, regulatory affairs, incident processes, and compliance policies and training. The position also coordinates incident management activities.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, risk, compliance or related discipline
  • Experience in an APRA/ASIC-regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of APRA prudential standards, Corporations Act, and key regulators (APRA, ASIC, DOH, OAIC, ACCC)
  • Ability to interpret legislation and simplify complex requirements
  • Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Strong values with a practical mindset and a willingness to reprioritize as needed
