About the Role
The Country Marketing Associate (CMA) will support the local Country Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies to achieve annual and long-term marketing and business goals, aiming to significantly enhance the client experience for Japan/Korea's institutional and retail (financial intermediary) clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute local marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital, events, and brand marketing channels.
- Coordinate client communications, website updates, collateral, and localization of marketing materials.
- Manage email marketing and lead generation campaigns through Salesforce.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reporting on marketing and lead generation metrics.
- Collaborate with Japan-based and regional Europe Asia Client Group (EACG) marketing teams, communicating effectively in English to support a cross-border operating model.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, public relations teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure quality and timely execution of marketing activities.
- Support a consistent client experience across marketing touchpoints and contribute to continuous improvements in marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within financial institutions (e.g., asset management, securities brokerage firm, insurance) in Japan.
- Comfortable working with a broad variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage through ambiguity and in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese (native).
- English written and oral language ability is a must.
