About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to work as an employed Fitness Trainer with guaranteed hours and pay, while also building your own self-employed Personal Training business from the same gym. You will be responsible for engaging with members, delivering classes, and supporting their fitness journeys, alongside managing your own client base and PT services.
Responsibilities

- Spend time out on the gym floor helping members
- Get to know gym members and help them get more from their membership
- Build and run your own Personal Training business
- Promote PT services to members
Requirements
- Hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, or be Level 2 Gym Instructor qualified with your Level 3 nearly complete
- Enjoy being out on the gym floor, talking to people and building relationships
- Be passionate about helping people feel comfortable, confident and motivated in the gym
- Be able to run a class and an induction, or be ready to learn
- Be excited by the idea of building a client base and growing a PT business of your own
