About the Role
Quantium is seeking an Executive Manager, Group Reporting & FP&A to lead group reporting, FP&A, financial and management reporting, finance transformation, and statutory compliance globally. This role involves driving reporting transformation, leading a team, and ensuring accurate financial information for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes through automation, standardisation and enhanced controls
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of six, building a high-performing, capable and technically sound finance team
- Own the group's global financial reporting and consolidation process, including preparation and sign-off of financial statements and accurate, timely statutory and management reporting
- Own on-time, in-full delivery of the monthly CFO report, financial review packs, ad-hoc reporting, and executive and board-level financial materials
- Lead the quarterly forecast cycle and annual budgeting processes, providing forward-looking, commercially grounded analysis and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA, MBA or equivalent)
- 10+ years' post-qualification experience across group reporting, FP&A, financial operations and finance transformation
- Experience operating within a complex global organisation
- Experience building trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones and geographies

Work Type
- Flexible work arrangements: 2 days working from home and 3 in the office
