About the Role
The incumbent of this role is required to review and process documents in both official languages (French and English) to meet our industry regulatory obligations. It is required that they demonstrate advanced communication skills in both languages.
Responsibilities
- Administer client mutual fund accounts and execute financial and non-financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Contact internal and external clients to gather missing data and ensure timely resolution of not-in-good-order transactions.
Requirements
- Must have work authorization for Canada.
- College Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is required.
