About the Role

We are seeking an energetic Group Business Director to join QMS Media on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial for driving sales performance, achieving team and personal KPIs, and growing market share by maximizing revenue from new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and achieve team and personal KPIs.
  • Grow market share through quarterly targets.
  • Maximize revenue from new and existing clients.
  • Oversee proactive team workflows.
  • Ensure consistent income growth and exceptional client service.
  • Build strong client relationships.
  • Expand revenue across QMS Media’s full product suite.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly budget targets.
  • Provide leadership by guiding the team.
  • Represent the QMS Media brand with professionalism and integrity.
  • Lead strategy execution and coordinate cross-department efforts to ensure sales KPIs are achieved.
  • Develop and manage strategic business plans for the direct market to drive revenue growth, retention, and new business.
  • Optimize pricing, negotiations, and sales processes to maximize profitability.
  • Act as the key point of contact to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Deliver accurate weekly and quarterly revenue forecasts, performance reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor market trends, manage repeat clients, and address revenue gaps with corrective actions.
  • Deliver targeted, on-brand client events within budget.
  • Set KPIs, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Lead, support, and empower the team to achieve goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, including media sales, out of home, people leadership or agency.
  • Senior sales expertise with strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Experienced in leading, coaching, and motivating high-performance teams.
  • Specialist OOH product knowledge and ability to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Skilled in managing key accounts and understanding their strategic value.
