About the Role
We are seeking a Paid Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience to join our fast-paced digital team in a hybrid role. This position will support performance goals across paid and affiliate marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day affiliate marketing activity.
- Assist paid media specialists with paid social platform builds.
- Collaborate with affiliate marketing partners to brief student marketing campaigns.
- Report on affiliate advertising and optimize affiliate placements.
- Liaise with internal creative teams for affiliate asset requirements, ensuring correct specifications and placements.
- Manage and dispatch partnership codes across affiliate partner networks.
- Reconcile transaction inquiries across the affiliate network.
- Build and traffic paid social advertisements across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Ensure accurate day-to-day campaign implementation, maintaining precise media tracking and measurement.
- Work with external publisher and platform teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or media services (publisher, in-house, or agency).
- Ideally, a minimum of 1 year of experience with a self-serve platform (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
