About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst - HR Systems to join our NSW SAP Project and play a hands-on role in the implementation and transition of our enterprise HR systems landscape. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will support functional analysis, data migration, testing, cutover, and implementation activities across SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), UKG, and key integration touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR systems knowledge, a practical delivery-focused approach, and an understanding of how HR master data, payroll, integrations, and business processes interact in a complex project environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional analysis and delivery support across the NSW SAP Project.
- Support requirements gathering, validation, and design analysis across HR systems and workforce management processes.
- Contribute to data migration activities, including data readiness, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Support testing activities including test planning, execution, defect identification, triage, and resolution.
- Work across SAP SuccessFactors, ECP, UKG, and related integration touchpoints to identify dependencies and impacts.
- Support cutover planning, readiness activities, and transition into BAU support.
- Collaborate with P&C, Payroll, IT, project teams, SMEs, and external vendors to resolve issues and validate solutions.
- Maintain a strong focus on data quality, process integrity, and downstream payroll impacts.
- Contribute to project controls, documentation, defect management, and reporting.
- Support hypercare and stabilisation activities following implementation.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years’ experience working with SAP SuccessFactors in a project or systems support environment.
- Hands-on exposure to at least two SuccessFactors modules, preferably including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Position Management, PMGM, Learning and/or Payroll.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and regression testing, including defect management, retesting, and test evidence capture.
- A strong understanding of HR master data and how it flows into payroll, reporting, security, and downstream systems.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting data migration, data cleansing, data validation, reconciliation, and/or reporting activities.
- Exposure to UKG, workforce management, time and attendance, rostering, award/EBA, or operational workforce environments.
- Experience working in mining, resources, heavy industry, utilities, or other complex, site-based workforce environments.
- The right to work in Australia.
