About the Role
We have multiple openings across different skill levels, shift types, and locations. Depending on your experience and interests, you could be supporting clients with personal care, community access, and daily routines, working in participants’ homes or in our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA), managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, trauma, forensic backgrounds, and/or high clinical needs, administering medication and following detailed health support plans, implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques, providing meaningful, person-centred care to NDIS participants, and collaborating with clinicians, caseworkers, and families.
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients with personal care, community access, and daily routines
- Working in participants’ homes or in our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA)
- Managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, trauma, forensic backgrounds, and/or high clinical needs
- Administering medication and following detailed health support plans
- Implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques
- Providing meaningful, person-centred care to NDIS participants
- Collaborating with clinicians, caseworkers, and families
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience OR Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or other related fields is highly desirable
- Experience with mental health, personal care support
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary setting
- Experience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous but not required for all roles)
- NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle
