About the Role

This role focuses on utilizing the Nursing process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The position involves collaborative work with other disciplines on the assigned unit.

Requirements

  • Current registration in New York State as an RN, Diploma and Licensure required.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • BSN preferred.
  • 1 - 2 years Med/Surg experience preferred.
  • Experience with telemetry/cardiac patients preferred.
  • Med/Surg certification preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification preferred.
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
