About the Role
This role focuses on improving the processes, tools, and ways of working that support commercial decision-making across LION, offering an opportunity to map processes, identify improvements, and implement practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Map current processes, identify pain points, and help design simpler, more effective ways of working.
- Build clear process documentation, workplans, and practical tools for teams.
- Utilize Excel and modeling to support communication and process improvement.
- Coordinate actions, priorities, and dependencies across multiple improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across RGM, Sales, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams to gather requirements and build alignment.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate existing processes.
- Support broader RGM initiatives, including pack configuration strategy.
Requirements
- Strong process improvement capability.
- Comfortable taking an existing process, understanding its effectiveness, and shaping a better way forward.
- Strong Excel skills and experience using spreadsheets in a current role.
- Experience in process mapping, process improvement, or re-engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working with stakeholders and integrating different perspectives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain project momentum.
- Commercial curiosity and enjoyment of problem-solving.
- Desire to build experience in RGM while making a tangible impact.
