This role is pivotal in shaping Agoda's strategic direction across the North Asia region. You will lead critical partnership projects, working alongside senior leaders to deliver on key business objectives and unlock new avenues for growth through market and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement long-term strategies that drive sustainable business growth and competitive advantage.

Requirements
- Experience in strategy, management consulting, or a related discipline, with a proven record of leading complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic and creative problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of addressing complex business challenges.
- Advanced project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and financial modeling.
- Japanese language proficiency is mandatory.
