About the Role
As the Vice President of Operations, you will architect the company’s internal engine, ensuring the organization has the systems, processes, and operating cadence to execute at speed. You will partner directly with the CEO and executive team to turn high-level corporate strategy into operational reality, designing a scalable operating model, leading cross-functional initiatives, and optimizing the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market (GTM).
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and own the company’s core operating rhythms (OKRs, QBRs, leadership meetings, and all-hands).
- Build the infrastructure, processes, and KPIs needed to support hyper-growth.
- Translate long-term corporate strategy into actionable, cross-functional operating plans.
- Ensure company-wide alignment and hold executive leaders accountable for delivering on key milestones.
- Serve as the central hub between Product, Engineering, and GTM.
- Identify organizational silos, resolve systemic friction points in our "agentic" development cycle, and build scalable frameworks that allow technical and commercial teams to sprint in unison.
- Lead complex, zero-to-one enterprise initiatives.
- Take ownership of critical gaps—whether standing up a new business function, spearheading international expansion, or driving enterprise-scale GTM partnerships—until they are mature enough to hand off.
- Partner with the CEO on financial planning, budget allocation, and vendor management.
- Play a key operational role in future fundraising rounds, managing the data room and ensuring business metrics are investor-ready.
Requirements
- 12-15+ years of operational leadership experience.
- Background as a VP of Operations, COO, GM, or a senior partner at a top-tier management consulting firm transitioning into tech.
- Experience scaling a company through hyper-growth phases (50, 500, and 1,000+ employees).
- Ability to discuss technical concepts related to AI, model precision, human-in-the-loop systems, threat landscape, and AI infrastructure's impact on unit economics.
- Systems thinking and problem-solving skills focused on efficiency and scale.
- High agency and willingness to handle ambiguous, high-stakes challenges with an owner mindset.
