About the Role
Infinity Replacement is seeking a Field Marketing Supervisor to lead a team of Brand Ambassadors in retail locations and events. This role focuses on driving performance through coaching, strategic scheduling, and hands-on support to generate qualified leads for design consultations.
Responsibilities
- Manage retail partnerships, including staffing, training, and supervision of Brand Ambassadors.
- Represent the organization at shows, events, and retail locations to generate qualified leads.
- Report on market performance needs and metrics.
- Develop and manage the staffing plan and schedules for market warehouses.
- Set up and tear down events, including logistical arrangements and material delivery/installation.
- Travel regularly within the assigned market, with occasional travel to other markets.
- Schedule appointments to earn performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Ability to lead, develop, train, mentor, and empower a team.
- Ability to make decisions and take action within their span of control.
- Ability to build strong local networks and relationships.
- Organized and planful.
- Prior experience coordinating retail, show, or event workers.
- Must be able to travel to all assigned shows and events within the assigned territory.
- Ability to consistently work all weekends, with few exceptions.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds, push large displays (75 pounds), and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to set up and/or tear down up to two shows per day, which could include over an hour of physical activity.
