About the Role

As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and securing talent that supports the ongoing success of our organisation. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver efficient, high-quality recruitment solutions, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will also coordinate advertising, candidate sourcing, interviews, assessments and pre-employment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver efficient, high-quality recruitment solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate advertising, candidate sourcing, interviews, assessments and pre-employment processes.
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Build strong relationships and provide professional, customer-focused support to candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, deliver outcomes within tight timeframes and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and candidates.
  • Deliver a positive, accessible and inclusive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working in an in-house recruitment environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of eRecruitment and Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Proficiency in eRecruitment and HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary/Compensations

  • $102,936- $113,579 p.a. base salary
