About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our high-performing team at MINT Residential, based in Sydney CBD. This role offers a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative environment, with limited Saturday work required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)
- Manage incoming rental enquiries, providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections
- Communicate effectively with tenants
- Draft and support the administration of leasing and property handovers
- Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
- Utilise the console cloud program for property management
Requirements
- A current Property Management Registration
- Hold a Class 1 licence
- Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise
- Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
- Availability to work Saturdays when required (on an ad hoc basis)
- Working rights within Australia or New Zealand
