About the Role
EY Private’s Tax practice helps clients navigate a changing business and tax environment. We seek a Director or Senior Manager for our Private Corporate Tax team to provide exceptional tax advisory services to complex businesses, including entrepreneurs, private equity-owned corporates, and founder-led businesses.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive tax advisory services for inbound and outbound groups, and post-deal taxation services for acquired corporates.
- Offer guidance on tax corporate governance policies and processes, and review corporate income tax returns.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing the delivery of tax services and building strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with Partners to execute market development initiatives and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Experience in Corporate Tax Advisory and Corporate Tax Compliance, ideally gained in a top-tier accounting firm or corporate business consulting environment.
- Tax technical knowledge relevant to private companies.
- Experience in managing junior staff and their development.
- Ability to build strong and lasting business relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- First-class numerical and analytical skills.
