About the Role

Responsibilities
- Visit medical institutions such as university hospitals and ENT clinics in the Himeji area, and provide hearing aid and hearing care solutions tailored to the needs of each patient while collaborating with medical professionals such as doctors, nurses, and speech-language pathologists.
- Propose hearing aids to patients in collaboration with doctors, nurses, and speech-language pathologists at medical institutions such as university hospitals and ENT clinics.
- Conduct hearing tests and counseling.
- Select and sell hearing aids according to the patient's hearing and individual needs.
- Perform hearing aid fitting and adjustment.
- Perform hearing aid cleaning and maintenance.
- Provide regular follow-up after purchase.
- Continuously support patients' hearing needs and build long-term trusting relationships.
- Collaborate closely with medical professionals to provide the optimal hearing aid and hearing care solutions for each patient.
